Requirements:

- Experience in HR administration team in SSC area – min. 1 year

-  Knowledge of English – min. C1

-  Multi-tasking and ability to work under time pressure

-  Good customer service skills



 Responsibilities:


- Ensure that HR processes are in line with global processes/directions, country-specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations with cooperation with stakeholders of the process (SSC Poznan country TL, external provider, GP&C, Global Mobility Team, country)

- Develop and coordinate update policies, procedures, and best practices to help SSC Poznan specialists to answer customer inquiries accurately and efficiently

- Work with SSC Poznan specialists to optimize daily work and find the most efficient and effective way of working, leading the needed changes supported by the specialist in each functionality

- Perform mobility issue assistance and coordination for all countries served by the BSC, incl. classification of mobility issues, escalation and coordination of issue solving

- Be responsible for defining and evaluating the Processes of training need and look for the appropriate training for each need

- Provides recommendations for knowledge sharing to ensure standard level in the SSC teams

- Contribute to all initiatives related to mobility setup to ensure smooth cooperation with all parties involved

- Represent SSC Poznan in standardization & Improvement Forum

- Address the need for country services menu update with possible service changes and country specifics services to PA/PY Service manager
