For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for:

Zakres obowiązków
• Receive Order via Client process upon customer signature and validation of sales 
• Creation of delivery notes
• Processing of insurance & organizations orders
• Creation / activation/ end dating of bundles / price groups / technical item
• Supporting AR team in customer"s contracts finding in case of collection process/ further legal steps
• Termination of contracts (partially, full)
• Manual invoicing for direct commissioning from Support or Engineering
• Setting up new articles in DAX (subscription, transactions, software sales, implementation and technical items)
• Editing and implementation of price changes for AX in SalesForce
• Modification of price groups and items within price groups
• Revision of agreements which are on status "on hold"
• Prebilling checks on random selected customers
• Verification of data correctness in test environments
• Processing of licences for users (new and active)

Oczekiwania
• Very good German and English
• Experience in order management area
• AnalyticalAnalytical and organizationorganization skills
• Very good command of MS Office
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationship with colleagues
